Cloud Security Statement

1. Cloud services

Apwide’s cloud services are hosted and delivered by OVHcloud (ovhcloud.com). OVHcloud is responsible for the security of its actual data centers and the integrity of the OVHcloud. In turn, Apwide is responsible for monitoring, managing, and securing information delivered to or from the cloud.

2. Certification

OVHcloud manages the security of the cloud. OVHcloud has been certified by third-party organizations, and manages many compliance programs to comply with laws and regulations. A list of such certifications and compliance statements can be found here.

3. People and access

Only a few trusted members of the Apwide team have access to the production environment for the purposes of maintaining our cloud services and assisting our customers. All access to cloud information is monitored.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login information.

4. Data storage

Apwide Golive for Jira Cloud encrypts all data at rest following the industry standards. Additionally, all communications with the cloud are protected with HTTPS using TLS.

5. Data retention

All data is retained during your subscription to Apwide Golive for Jira Cloud.  After you have been unsubscribed, Apwide retains your data for 60 days.

You can resubscribe by completing any missed payments within the 60 days after your site has been unsubscribed. Submitting payment once your site data has been deleted will not reactivate your subscription (or restore your site data).

6. Backups

Backups are done once per day, 03:00-03:30 UTC (GMT), for a period of 10 days.
