Booking Beaver Challenge

Meet the winners!

The Booking Beaver Challenge has come to an end, and we’re grateful to everyone who shared their creativity and beaver spirit. Each submission showed a unique way to use Apwide Booking in Jira, from automating real-world tasks to bringing fun, fictional scenarios to life:

🥇 Callback Scheduling from Gen

Gen impressed the jury with an outstanding demo that connected Jira Service Management and Apwide Booking to create smart callback scheduling for support teams.

🥈 Car Wash Booking from Katrin & Veronika

The second place took Booking to the streets, literally! This idea showed how Apwide Booking could manage car washing appointments, keeping the process efficient and flexible.

🥉 Dorsia Reservations from Ariel

The third place brought a pop culture twist: recreating the legendary Dorsia restaurant with Apwide Booking managing reservations.

The Jury

To ensure fairness and fun, a diverse jury reviewed your creations: one representative from Apwide and three active members of the Atlassian Community. Each judge scored entries on creativity, clarity, fun factor, and visual quality, so every detail counted. We chose this mix because we want perspectives from the product side and from the broader community that uses it daily. Their combined vision ensures winners truly reflect the Booking Beaver spirit.
