Before you purchase Apwide Golive, you can test it for free to make sure it meets your needs.
Apwide is a Jira App and you need to have Jira Server 7.1+ or Jira Data Center installed in order to use it. Apwide will be available on Jira Cloud (Atlassian Cloud) in 2019, please answer our survey if you are interested by the Cloud version or would like to become a beta tester.
The Apwide App is hosted with Jira, on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates). Apwide license tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for Apwide.
You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of Jira and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).
